Operation Homefront is sourcing candidates for a Manager, Corporate Partnerships- New Business position (remote). The Manager, Corporate Partnerships - New Business is responsible for identifying, cultivating, securing and stewarding new national corporate partnerships in support of the organization's corporate strategy and the New Business team's $4M annual revenue objective. This role is expected to generate approximately $1M in new corporate revenue annually and contribute meaningfully to the strategy, pipeline development, and overall success of the broader New Business revenue plan. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships - New Business, this role plays a key role in advancing new account acquisition efforts by managing a portfolio of prospective corporate partners and executing the full new business lifecycle from prospect identification and outreach through proposal development, negotiation, closing and stewardship.The Manager secures five- and six-figure cash and in-kind partnerships aligned with organizational priorities and brand standards. The Manager retains ownership of newly secured partnerships through the initial activation and first-year engagement period, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon deliverables and partner expectations. In coordination with the Director, accounts will be transitioned to the Corporate Partnerships team at the appropriate stage of the partnership lifecycle.This role requires a proactive professional with strong relationship-building and business development skills, the professionalism and confidence to engage in high-level partner interactions, and a passion for advancing mission-driven partnerships that generate sustainable support for the organization's work nationwide.Desired candidates will have: Bachelor's degree require; degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Non-profit/fundraising experience desired. At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or corporate partnerships. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.Strong understanding of corporate partnerships and cause marketing principles preferred.Experience using CRM and research databases preferred.Microsoft Office ProgramsValid Driver's LicenseMVR - Motor Vehicle Report (annual)Criminal background check100/300/100 personal auto coveragePrimary job duties include:Identify, prospect, solicit and secure new national corporate partnerships, closing five- and six-figure cash and in-kind partnerships in support of the team's $4M annual goal and achieving an individual annual new business revenue target of $1M.Build, maintain, and actively manage a robust corporate pipeline, including prospect research, outreach strategy, meeting coordination, proposal development, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies to corporate decision-makers, representing the organization with professionalism and brand integrity in all external interactions.Collaborate cross-departmentally (Marketing, Integrated Public Relations, Regions, Programs, and Partnership Engagement) to design customized partnership opportunities and ensure seamless transition of newly secured partners. Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor KPIs, and provide regular pipeline and revenue reporting to support strategic decision-making.Performs other duties, as assigned.Other Details:General office and sedentary.
