Please visit: SUMMARY:The ideal Dishwasher is self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting back-of-house operations that help create an outstanding guest experience every day. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment are washed, sanitized, and stored quickly and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sinks, dish machines, and surrounding workspaces.Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment breakdown or setup as needed.Support other areas of the restaurant, including prep, line support, restocking, and table bussing, as business needs require.Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or leadership team.Hours and scheduling will vary based on business levels and operational needs.Take out trash regularly, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness of waste areas. QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs.A valid food handler's card, where required by local or state regulations.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, sometimes for the entire shift.Frequent and repetitive bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 40 lbs regularly.Ability to work in hot, humid, or fast-paced kitchen environments.Manual dexterity and the ability to handle wet, slippery, or soapy conditions safely.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceDeferred Retirement Plan with Company Match
