Rewards: Benefit from employee discounts, 401(k) matching, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.Primary Objectives of Position: Sell, distribute, and market store items and products that will optimize the cooperative's efficiency Assist in achieving the cooperative's mission and goals Perform tasks with outstanding customer service Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facilityResponsibilities of the Position: Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance Maintain a clean and orderly store All other duties assigned by managerQualifications: Excellent cash handling skills Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity
