Alliance Health at Marina Bay - Director of AdmissionsAlliance Health at Marina Bay – North Quincy, MA Are you a people-person with a talent for organization and a passion for helping others? Alliance Health at Marina Bay, a vibrant skilled nursing and rehab facility in North Quincy, is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead our admissions and marketing efforts. Ideal candidate with be either a licensed social worker or licensed nurse. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance relationship-building with behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our residents and families, guiding them through the admissions process with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. At the same time, you'll be out in the community, strengthening our connections with local hospitals, VNAs, and referral sources, especially our partners at South Shore and Boston-based hospitals. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, follow-through, and great communication skills to the table, and who understands the importance of both marketing strategy and day-to-day execution. What You'll Do: Work with our in house Central Admissions team to process referrals and inquiries, and follow-up with seamless communication Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners at local VNA's, Home Care Agencies, and beyond. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions for new residents Give tours and serve as a knowledgeable, friendly resource for prospective residents and families Maintain detailed records and reporting on census, outreach, and admissions activity Represent Marina Bay at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote our services and grow our visibility What We’re Looking For: Licensed nurse or licensed social worker Previous experience in admissions, outreach, or healthcare marketing (skilled nursing or senior living experience a plus) Excellent organizational skills—you love a well-kept spreadsheet and a to-do list A strong communicator who builds trust easily and follows through consistently Self-starter who enjoys being both in the community and at the heart of day-to-day operations Familiarity with the Quincy and Greater Boston healthcare network preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while growing a community you can be proud of.
