The Evansville Otters have seasonal positions available for the 2026 season.Built in 1915, Bosse Field is the third oldest operating ballpark in the country. Interns have a chance to work in one of America's last remaining true baseball cathedrals.Everyone working in minor league baseball wears many different "hats," so a willingness to go above and beyond one's normal duties is expected. Candidates are required to be enthusiastic with a great desire to put on a night of entertainment and memories for all the fans at historic Bosse Field.If you are looking to get that foot in the door of sports, there is no better place to start than with the Evansville Otters!Responsibilities:Execute all field and bullpen operations including, but not limited to, turf management, fertilization, edging, base area, home plate and mound preparation, warning track maintenance, and infield surface maintenance Prepare the field in a high quality and efficient manner in order to effectively facilitate the daily practice, pre-game and in-game schedule Facilitate the set-up and breakdown of all equipment, including batting cage, screens, turf mats, etc. for batting practice and general practiceOversee all tarp usage and post-game field and turf maintenance as necessary and monitor weather conditions to protect the field along with the GMMaintain upkeep of "garage" and storage area.
