Every conversation matters because every enrollment represents someone committing to growth.THE JOBThe Event Sales Specialist is a high-performance inside sales role based 100% on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. You will engage prospective clients through structured outbound outreach and disciplined follow-up, guiding them through thoughtful, enrollment-focused conversations about attending live events and transformational programs. This role requires consistency, resilience, and strong activity discipline. You will operate in a metrics-driven environment where daily effort, follow-through, and continuous improvement are expected.Key Responsibilities:Execute 100+ outbound dials per dayConduct consultative, enrollment-focused sales conversationsMaintain disciplined follow-up with qualified prospectsAccurately manage pipeline activity in SalesforceHit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metricsParticipate actively in coaching, training, and performance reviewsContribute to a high-accountability, team-oriented sales floor cultureThis is a role for someone who values structure, growth, and earning potential tied directly to performance.THE QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based enrollment experienceComfortable operating in a high-volume outbound environment (100+ dials daily)Experience working in a commission-driven compensation structureStrong objection handling and closing skillsSalesforce or CRM experience requiredCoachable, disciplined, and resilientStable work history with demonstrated performance consistencyExperience in high-ticket sales, solar, pest control, alarms, or other performance-based environments is strongly preferredThis is a strong fit for competitive professionals who are motivated by progress - financially and personally.THE BENEFITS$30,000-$35,000 base salary (final structure confirmed during interview process)$90,000-$120,000+ on-target earnings (uncapped commission structure)Performance-driven earning potentialWorld-class sales training and coachingFull health and wellness benefitsCompany stock ownership programClear development path for strong performersOpportunity to contribute to work that genuinely impacts lives
