As a Material Area Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading hourly teams in unloading, storing, and delivering materials to support production. Your role will focus on enhancing safety, delivery, cost, quality, and morale within your teams. You'll work closely with team leaders to implement World Class Manufacturing processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. This is a supervisory role, with no hands-on material handling required, but you'll receive training for operational understanding and safety awareness. Requirements Bachelor's degree (field of study does not matter) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Comfortable with public speaking and presentations to leadership Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferences 1–2 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or logistics environment a plus, but not required) Experience working in a union environment Logistics or material handling experience This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment.
