IT Support Technician ( PC Refresh )

Our client is seeking a Workstation Deployment Support Technician to join their team where you will be part of the IT Department supporting a PC refresh project.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Location: Westminster, Colorado (5 days onsite)Pay Range: $24-26.50/hour, based on experience What's the Job? Install, uninstall, and configure desktop hardware and software according to organizational standards. Process tasks related to voice, video, and data systems to ensure seamless deployment and operation. Document technical procedures and operational instructions to support ongoing maintenance and training. Provide on-site and remote assistance to users during workstation migration and deployment activities. Maintain accurate logs, asset records, and issue tracking documentation to ensure accountability and transparency.What's Needed? Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware and software installation and troubleshooting. Experience imaging workstations, including desktops and laptops, following organizational standards. Ability to train user groups on new equipment and software features effectively. Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational instructions.
