Hardin Valley TN company is seeking a Shipping Associate! Pay: $15.00/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionSchedule: SUN-WED 7:00am-5:30pmAPPLY NOW!Duties and responsibilities:Process and prepare orders: Obtain orders and accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment.Coordinate with carriers: Arrange for carrier pickups and prepare necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading and packing slips.Track shipments: Monitor and update the status of outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.Operate equipment: Use equipment like forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods.Manage inventory: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.Maintain a safe and organized workspace: Keep the shipping area clean and adhere to all health and safety regulations.Inspect products: Verify the contents and quality of products before they are shipped.Handle documentation: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete, logging information into warehouse management systems.Communicate with teams: Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and other warehouse teams to resolve any issues and improve processes. Skills and qualifications:Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper documentation.Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members, carriers, and supervisors.Technical proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and RF scanners.Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is often preferred.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
