Role: Risk Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days onsite every week) Duration: 12 Months Required Skills: Risk Job Description: Overview of the work being done: Complete administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables (access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, procedural requirements) and infrastructure requests for the applications they support. Assist in management of service accounts, including vaulting and rotating passwords and handling dormant accounts. Does not involve external client interactions. Top 3 Skills 1. Strong verbal and written communications Preferred skills/experience: 1. Experience with JIRA Issue & Project Tracking Software. 2. Ability to use Excel and other tools to analyze and report data. 3. Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stakeholders informed Job Description A Feature Lead to work as the application manager for three applications and environment coordinator for highly visible and mission critical Global Trade Finance applications. They will manage assignments, work focus and deliverables, coordination across applications and environment while assisting Senior Technology Managers and a Release Train Engineer to apply strong leadership and direction ensuring the application teams meet all initiative and BAU commitments. As the application manager of three third party applications the individual will be responsible for all AIT, RISE, ADSM, etc. compliance and risk deliverables associated with these applications; will be working with the Line of Business (LOB), vendors, technical teams as needed. One of those applications is highlight visible revenue source for Supply Chain Finance and is starting a second phase of implementation of global expansion in APAC and EMEA requiring close collaboration with senior LOB managers. As the environment coordinator they will work with Senior Technology Managers, a Release Train Engineer, and other Feature Leads across several Agile teams, CTO partners, and L2 support groups to coordinate the planning and ensure consistency in the use of the environments during patching and upgrade activities, application changes and releases. In the areas of responsibility, the individual will have counterparts in India and USA.
