Field Service Technician (International Focus - Latin America)Location: Norcross, GA (On-site)Travel: Approximately 50% (domestic and international)Fluency in Spanish is required About the OpportunityJoin a growing, innovative bio-industrial manufacturer focused on solutions for the global pulp and paper industry. This organization partners with leading mills worldwide to replace or enhance traditional chemical processes-delivering improved performance, cost savings, and environmental benefits.This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting customer trials, product implementation, and ongoing technical service, with strong exposure to international business-particularly across Latin America.What You'll Do Support the design, execution, and optimization of customer trials and ongoing product applications Conduct wet stock and paper sheet testing at mill sites Gather and analyze mill data to support product development and performance improvements Troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable, on-site solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and operations teams Deliver high-quality technical service and act as a trusted advisor to mill personnel Contribute to continuous improvement of products and application processes Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levelsWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or a related technical field Experience working independently in client-facing environments, ideally performing lab or field-based testing Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~50%) Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screeningsKey Skills & ExpertiseTechnical & Analytical Strong chemistry and laboratory skillset Experience with fluid handling systems preferred Ability to operate lab instruments and interpret results Data analysis skills, including working with process and performance dataSystems & Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to manage and analyze datasets effectivelyCommunication & Influence Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and production teams Effective problem-solving and consultative approach Highly organized with strong time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyWhy Join Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and HSA support Retirement plan (SIMPLE IRA) with company match Ongoing professional development (formal and informal) Exposure to international markets and cutting-edge, sustainable technologies Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environmentAdditional Details Based out of Norcross, GA with frequent travel to customer sites Opportunity to play a key role in expanding international business, particularly in Latin AmericaIf you're a technically strong, self-driven professional who enjoys working in the field and solving real-world industrial challenges, this role offers a unique blend of hands-on application, customer engagement, and global exposure.
