AATMOS is looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house restaurant operations with excellence, energy, and professionalism.In this role, you will oversee the dining room and bar experience while driving service standards, team performance, and financial results. We're looking for someone who leads by example, develops strong service teams, and understands how to create a polished, upscale atmosphere for every guest. Strong wine and bourbon knowledge is essential in helping deliver a refined and memorable dining experience.Responsibilities include:Overseeing daily front of house restaurant and bar operationsEnsuring exceptional guest service and a high-quality dining experienceLeading, coaching, training, and motivating front of house associatesManaging staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift executionSupporting revenue goals and controlling operating expensesMaintaining strong knowledge of wine and bourbon offeringsAddressing guest concerns with professionalism and urgencyUpholding service standards, safety, sanitation, and company expectationsHelping create a positive, professional, and accountable team cultureRequirements5+ years of Food & Beverage experience2+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong background in front of house operations and upscale guest serviceExtensive knowledge of wine and bourbonStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification within 90 days of hire
