Project Manager, Global Quality Compliance

Pay Rate Low: 80 | Pay Rate High: 100Astrix is seeking a Project Manager to join our team as a consultant for a 5-6+ month project supporting a global biopharmaceutical client, as they look to optimize their global quality compliance across the organization. This role will be leading quality system optimization projects and be a true change leader. Pay: $80-100/hr Onsite in greater Indianapolis area Project duration: 5-6 months Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Global Quality Compliance (GQC) initiatives. This role will drive project execution, strengthen governance, and enhance performance visibility across a portfolio of quality and compliance programs. The consultant will deliver measurable improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage quality/compliance initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and risks Translate strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, and prioritized workstreams Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies to drive execution Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean workshops, Kaizen events) Develop data-driven insights using Excel-based tools and models Qualifications Proven project/program management experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred) Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies Track record of delivering quality/compliance initiatives with measurable results Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel What We're Looking For Ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Strong focus on outcomes, metrics, and continuous improvement Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities #LI-ZW1
