SERVICE PORTER

What We Offer:Competitive payHealth InsurancePaid Holidays & PTOShort Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanVehicle Purchase DiscountsEssential Duties: Work within a dealership's service department.Drive vehicles to and from service areas.Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.Controls service traffic flow and parking.Assists service advisors when neededMaintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.Maintains a professional appearance.Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle.Tag keys and place mirror tags in all vehicles.Move vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked.Adhere to all customer service processes.Bring customers' vehicles to the front of service drive when directed.Ensure customers' vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit.Pick up and deliver customer vehicles.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Dealership experience preferred but not necessary.Valid driver's license with good driving record.Willingness to learn and perform a wide range of allocated tasks.Ability to take accurate notes regarding vehicle movements and vehicle conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
