Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are entering a $14 million campus renovation which includes the addition of a bistro and a beautiful refresh of our main dining room. A few of the responsibilities of the Dining Room Supervisor: * Lead a team of wait staff who ensure every resident is greeted, treated professionally and with courtesy. * Schedule waitstaff to ensure staffing is adequate for all meals provided. * Consult with the Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Dining and Executive Chef in handling food, service and staffing issues that arise. * Assist with seating, serving and other aspects of the dining operation as needed. A few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma/GED or equivalent education, training and experience. * A minimum of one year of Host/Hostess or Lead Server experience in a restaurant, club, hotel or similar setting. * Ability to understand and explain the menu, address customer service issues that arise and coordinate the meal service.
