Founded in 1982, the company has built a world-wide reputation designing industrial pumps to solve some of the toughest pumping problems.We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified CNC Mill Machinist to join our production team.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Set-up and operate CNC millsSet up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and specialized/advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operationsCalculate dimensions and tolerances using basic knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and countersinksAlign and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machinesMust be able to understand G & M code language, as well as basic program editingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceAD&D InsuranceRetirement Plan (with 3% employer contribution)Paid VacationPaid Sick DaysPaid HolidaysQuarterly Safety BonusesPositive Work Environment (with room for advancement)RequirementsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Candidates for this position must have at least 5 years of CNC experience, including:Experience and familiarity with Fanuc controlExperience with at least 4 axis machining (5 axis experience is a HUGE plus)Knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)Must be able to produce quality parts efficientlyMust be able to read basic blueprints and perform basic shop mathMust have a basic understanding of the machining process, including, but not limited to tooling, set-ups, editing, speeds, feedsMust be able to follow instructions and have the ability to work with little supervisionStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyMust be able to lift 25 poundsSalary Description $45,000 - $55,000
