Job DescriptionJob Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Maple Heights, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st shift Pay: $18/hr. - $20/hr. based off of experienceJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of materials. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and experienced with shipping systems and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards Generate shipping labels and process shipments using UPS shipping software and other carrier systems Complete and maintain accurate shipping paperwork and documentation Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable) Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies Ensure all shipments meet company and customer requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment QualificationsPrevious experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred Comfortable using UPS shipping software and handling shipping documentation Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required) Strong communication and teamwork skills If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
