It's an honor to be a part of what God is doing here."- Current Residential CoordinatorWe're now looking for another passionate team member to serve as Residential Assistant for our growing ministry on our Livermore campus.This is an overnight, primarily sleeping position with a set schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 PM to 6 AM, with the potential of other shifts as needed. Responsibilities include securing the facility, setting alarms, occasional driving, and responding to the physical, emotional, and spiritual concerns of our residents as needed.Job DescriptionAs a Residential Assistant, you will support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program. You will demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community. You will ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines. You will help the women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability. You will foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal and professional boundaries.Essential Job DutiesThe ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Residential Assistant- Livermore, you must be able to: Work overnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10PM to 6AM, with potential of other shifts as needed Responsible for securing the facility and setting the alarms in the evenings. Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance by encouraging and praying with women, children, staff, and volunteers Ability to supervise and hold the residents accountable for their program goals and assigned tasks Ability to appropriately accept feedback through the supervision process, thus displaying the willingness to learn, grow, and improve Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures, documentation, and schedules established by their supervisor Occasionally drive residents to appointments - if needed (company vehicle provided) Ability to support the ministry's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positivity Adherence to Mandated Reporter policy and proceduresPlease note that this list is not comprehensive and does not cover all activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this job.
