Monitors the quality of the product at all times. Completes the daily housekeeping log sheet each day and turns it in . Direct and monitor assistants. Follows the schedule for the run order of all jobs. Responsible for all paperwork required for each order. Provide material pull sheets for upcoming jobs to the Material Handlers. Puts or directs the helper to put in color-coded flags with changes in the roll. At the end of each roll, check the basis weights of the adhesive being applied. Ensures that rolls are labeled before putting them into inventory. Fills our material inventory sheet for rolls going into inventory. Notifies the Lamination Supervisor in advance of requests for the department. Helps out with additional duties as requested.
