CNC Horizontal Milling Machinist (3rd Shift)Location: Job Shop in a Manufacturing Plant Shift: 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM)Compensation: Off-Shift Premium of $1.50, Paid Breaks and Lunch (two 15-min breaks, one 20-min lunch)Responsibilities: Operate CNC horizontal milling machines for low volume/high mix machining Use M&G codes to command CNC equipment (cutting and non-cutting functions) Work with quality measurement tools: micrometers, thread gages, bore gages, calipers, height gages Utilize a Tool Matrix System with 120 tools capacity Handle multi-axis machining for complex parts Mastercam experience preferred; knowledge of Fusion, Gibbs, Solid Edge, etc. is transferable Conduct machine shop calculations and make edits/offset adjustments to programs Qualifications: 3+ years of CNC horizontal milling experience (manufacturing or machining) High School Diploma or GED required Proficient with M&G codes and blueprint reading Ability to independently set up machinery and validate compliance with measurement tools Machine Tool Technology degree preferred but not required Basic computer skills required Benefits: Health benefits starting day 1 401K with match & "catch up" contributions HSA/FSA, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, voluntary benefits Tuition reimbursement, wellness program, gym on-site 3 floating holidays, 12 paid holidays, PTO Company bonus eligibility If you have a strong skill set in horizontal CNC milling, apply today!
