Job Opportunity: Material Handler (1st Shift)Location: Batavia, OH AreaShift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)Pay Rate: $20.00 / hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our warehouse team in the Batavia, Ohio area. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations by ensuring that materials are received, organized, and moved safely throughout the facility. If you are looking for a consistent 1st-shift schedule with competitive pay, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesInbound/Outbound Logistics: Unload incoming shipments and load outgoing trucks with accuracy and care.Material Movement: pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport building products or manufacturing materials to designated areas.Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, stage, and wrap orders for customer delivery or production lines.Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.RequirementsPhysical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.Reliability: Must be dependable with a commitment to the 7:00 AM start time.Experience: Prior warehouse or material handling experience is required.Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.Benefits & PerksCompetitive Pay: $20.00/hr.Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Local Impact: Support the local Batavia business community.How to ApplyReady to start?
