In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between our clients and our internal teams. This position is a strategic partner responsible for owning client relationships, driving high-growth marketing initiatives, and ensuring that every output, from creative briefs to final campaigns, delivers tangible business outcomes.Job Responsibilities:Project Management (Own the Work) Track progress and communication with teammates in/through project management system Evaluate, analyze and provide feedback on team outputs, including but not limited to work orders, creative drafts, and final presentations Develop marketing proposals and creative briefs, often in conjunction with strategy team and/or senior leadership Track progress of project timelines with teammates to ensure client satisfactionAccount Services Support (Find a Way) Develop scopes of work and pricing/estimates for client Co-present marketing plans and creative deliverables in partnership with Account Director, Strategic Planning and Creative teams (as applicable) Management and mentorship of direct report Assist with annual budget management and provide support/ensure accuracy of account financials Initiate and lead internal account development meetings Lead interactions between the creative department, strategy team and account team, ensuring all creative is on-strategy Supporting account team - Coordinators, Executives, Directors - in driving projects forward through a share of responsibilities and clear communication, with a proactive and enthusiastic approachClient Relationship Expectations (Create with Purpose) Sole ownership of client relationships and scopes of work and/or at least identified projects with client, without direct supervision from Account Director Set expectations for leading (or simply participating in) client meetings among team members, providing opportunities for all teammates to be engaged Set expectations as a go-to for client communication Develop interpersonal relationships with key clients, i.e. building rapport and trust, identifying opportunities for team building, making social connections, etc. New Business Support (Fuel Curiosity) Support and identify organic growth opportunities for account/client Participate in the development of new business presentations A constant student of advertising Participate in internal staff trainings, as applicableRequired Skills / Abilities: Proven experience and ability to effectively present marketing campaign concepts and ideas to an audience Exhibit strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high-volume projects simultaneously Capable of developing and building strong teams - encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members Ability to be assertive and take initiative, communicating effectively (oral and written) with people inside and outside the organization at multiple levels Demonstrate ability to provide teammates with valued mentorship Demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving skills - analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems Capable of working autonomously and working in teams - encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members Be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to go beyond assigned duties Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointEducation / Experience: Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field preferred 5-7 years of Advertising Agency Account Services or Corporate Marketing experiencePhysical Requirements: Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds Keyboarding Mythic provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) makes it unlawful for an employer to discriminate against a qualified applicant or employee with a disability.
