We are partnering with a leading global technology brand to identify an experienced Photography Producer to support some of the most visible, consumer-facing applications and experiences. In this role, you will drive end-to-end production for still photography and supporting motion content focused on non-product, experiential moments. You will collaborate closely with a Lead Producer, Art Directors, and cross-functional partners to bring creative concepts to life-from initial brief through shoot execution and post-production delivery-while balancing creative excellence with smart, efficient production decisions. 9 Month Contract Hybrid to Culver City Pay: $75-89hr DOE What You'll Do• Own photography and motion shoots from concept through wrap and delivery for high-visibility, non-product experiences. • Partner with creative leadership to translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and budgets. • Source and recommend photographers and partners across unit, editorial, and commercial work, with a strong focus on diverse voices and perspectives. • Negotiate contracts, usage, and fees with photographers and agents, ensuring alignment with creative needs and legal/usage requirements. • Lead day-to-day production logistics, including schedules, call sheets, workflows, cross-functional check-ins, and on-set coordination. • Oversee budget creation, tracking, and reconciliation; identify cost-effective approaches without compromising quality. • Coordinate post-production needs and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. • Maintain organized documentation, asset tracking, and archival systems for projects and shoots. • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment across creative, production, and resourcing partners. What We're Looking For• Deep passion for photography and a strong awareness of photographers and photo agencies globally, from boutique to large-scale. • Proven ability to independently lead multiple productions at once, from early planning to final delivery. • Extensive hands-on experience producing both still and motion shoots for a range of purposes (editorial, commercial, experiential, etc.). • Expertise in contract and fee negotiations with photographers and representatives. • Strong financial acumen in building and managing production budgets while supporting ambitious creative goals. • Exceptional project management skills: timelines, workflows, communication, and stakeholder management across internal and external teams. • Highly organized, with a structured approach to documentation, file management, and archiving. • A steady, calm presence under pressure and a proactive, positive, collaborative mindset. Requirements• Minimum 8 years of experience in photo production at Producer level or higher. • A visual portfolio you can present and speak to, demonstrating your role as Producer.
