Job DescriptionPosition Overview:The Production Associate supports daily cabinet assembly operations by completing multiple hands-on tasks throughout the build and packaging process. This position requires following work instructions, checking work for quality and accuracy, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and rotating between stations to support production flow and reduce repetitive motion.Key Responsibilities:Duties may shift daily based on production needs.Hinge Installation: Operate hinging equipment and attach hinges to cabinet doors accurately and efficiently.Trim & Component Installation: Measure cabinet parts, confirm details against order paperwork, and install shelves, roll tray tracks, and inner cabinet components.Door & Drawer Assembly: Install drawer and roll tray tracks, hang cabinet doors, and assemble/install drawers using hand and power tools.Boxing & Packaging: Fold and prepare cardboard packaging, place completed cabinets into boxes, and ensure the product is secure and ready for shipment.Tools & Equipment Used:Hinging machineDrill gun / screw gunStaple gunUtility knifeTape measureTable sawSkills & Qualifications:Ability to read and follow order forms, measurements, and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and product qualityAbility to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkersDependable, team-focused, and willing to rotate between tasksAbility to know how to use/read a tape measurePhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeFrequent bending, reaching, and positioning to install componentsAbility to lift and move cabinet parts and materials as neededWork is performed in a non-air-conditioned environmentSummer conditions may exceed 80°F with high humidity#INDSXF Meet Your RecruiterKassandra Foster
