Specializing in utility-scale solar projects, we are committed to creating innovative solutions that make a lasting impact on the global energy landscape.Position Overview:We are seeking a Commercial Rooftop Solar Installers/Electricians to join our team to install commercial rooftop solar projects in Las Vegas, NV This crew works exclusively on commercial rooftop systems with a project focus on 800kW-2MW installations.Start: ASAP (Temp to Permanent position)Pay Rate: $25.00 $27.00 HRPer Diem: $100 per work dayResponsibilities:Install and terminate PV electrical components including:Conduit, wire pulls, and cable managementCombiner boxes, inverters, and disconnectsAC/DC electrical runs and terminationsRead and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and plansSupport commissioning and troubleshooting as neededEnsure all work meets NEC and local code requirementsMaintain clean, safe jobsite practices and follow all safety protocolsWork efficiently as part of a commercial rooftop crewUtilize appropriate hand tools (i.e., crescent wrench, pliers, hammer, screwdriver) and power tools (i.e., drills, impact wrenches) to install systems per codes and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions.Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:Minimum 3.5 years of electrical solar installation experienceCommercial rooftop solar experience REQUIREDReliable transportation and strong work ethicAbility to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.Must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to pass a drug screen and background checkHealth Insurance, Dental, & Vision AvailableGPT Renewables is an equal employment opportunity employer.
