The Coordinator helps fill job vacancies for healthcare professionals in skilled nursing and assisted living settings who help empower better living for residents.  Benefits & Work Perks of Recruitment Coordinator: Competitive hourly pay based on experience; overtime pay provided Immediately accrue more PTO (paid time off) as you work 6 Observed Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday  Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift  401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Essential Functions of Recruitment Coordinator: Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to review/screen applications; message candidates, and schedule interviews Regularly call, text, and/or email job applicants to engage in recruitment process; daily contact may be necessary Conduct brief phone screenings with candidates for CNA, CMT and other Ancillary staff roles (Housekeeping, Dietary, Laundry, Maintenance) and facilitates initiation of onboarding with HR Specialist Pre-screens LPN and RN candidates for job fit by phone or virtual meeting; schedules LPN and RN skill-based interviews on behalf of nursing leadership Promptly respond to candidate inquiries Complete reference checks Collect signed Conditional Offers of Employment from new hires; share with HR Specialist and Hiring Manager to initiate onboarding and orientation/first day scheduling Represent the facility at job fairs; develop and execute innovative recruiting and staffing strategies to ensure hiring goals are consistently met. Prepare interviewers for the interview process including evaluation criteria and post interview expectations Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that inspire the best to work at Facility Conduct scheduled check-ins with new hires to gather feedback on their training experience and job satisfaction; share with managers to address new hire needs and remove barriers to satisfaction Confidently and professionally represent the facility in all interactions; promote a positive, upbeat, and helpful working environment Qualifications of Recruitment Coordinator: Strong communication/verbal skills in-person and written formats is necessary Positive attitude and a drive for results is necessary Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (office management, talent acquisition/HR, administration, etc).  Strong communication/verbal skills in-person and written formats is necessary Positive attitude and a drive for results is necessary EEO Statement: Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
