You'll support the endpoint infrastructure behind our global trading operations which includes keeping desktops running, users productive, and systems secure. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who takes ownership and wants to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support the Windows and Linux desktop environment across global officesDeploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft IntuneManage user accounts, groups, and access in Active Directory and Entra IDSupport Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Office suite)Keep desktops current with patches and security updatesExecute physical desk moves, hardware setup, and equipment reconfiguration as staff and seating arrangements changeMonitor service desk ticket queues to ensure timely responseProvide basic network, phone, and video conferencing supportProactively identify recurring support issues and recommend process, documentation, or system improvementsOccasional weekend support will be required for upgrades, data center work, or emergenciesRequired Skills 1-2 years of desktop support experienceHands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365Familiarity with Intune or similar endpoint management toolsExperience supporting remote users and VPN troubleshootingBasic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Strong communicator with good organizational skills and a team-first attitudeBachelor's degree in a related field preferredAbility to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm shift Base Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education.
