Our office is located in Toano, VA.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician. The Commercial Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems. You will work with various types of refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and other commercial equipment.Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimum performance,Install new refrigeration components as needed.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in refrigerated systems.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management.Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.Job RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and HVAC principles.Ability to read and interprets technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.In addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package and additional perks including:Paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.Paid Life and AD&D Insurance.Optional 401K (after 1st year)Optional short-term disability.Paid holidays (major).Paid sick leave and vacation.Overtime potential.Company vehicle and phone/tablet.Paid on the job, in-house, and factory training.Quick Servant's opportunities for growth and personal development are unlimited.
