Execute strategic sales initiatives and expand our business within designated areas in the Specialty Nutrition market. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with experience in direct selling, preferably within the specialty nutrition sector and with a focus on improving patient outcomes through nutrition interventions.Southern CA - Los Angeles and San Diego**Travel is required for this role- about 70%Essential Job Duties:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned area to increase market presence and meet and exceed sales targets. Promote and sell specialty nutrition and Pentec Health Hub Services to targeted healthcare providers to include gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, dietitians, clinicians and staff on the clinical benefits of addressing malnutrition and/or fat malabsorption to improve patient outcomes. Conduct sales calls and meetings in-person and virtually with physicians, nurses and clinicians to introduce and promote the Pentec Health specialty pharmacy model and expand product adoption. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and emerging trends in the specialty nutrition sector. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.Gain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio to serve as a clinical and product resource for questions related to fat digestion, enzyme therapy and nutritional outcomes. Educate healthcare professionals on product indications, mechanisms of action, clinical benefits and appropriate patient identification for fat malabsorption, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and enteral nutrition-dependent patients. Utilize basic knowledge of insurance and Pentec processes relative to specialty pharmacy distribution and hub services to assist customers in understanding clinical criteria to identify the most appropriate patients for our services and therapy as well as effectively communicating the ease of the referral process. Travel as needed within your designated area to meet customers, attend industry events, and participate in education training and in-services. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team. Actively manage the sales territory by partnering with the appropriate sales & support roles including clinical, pharmacy, marketing, and intake teams. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers to promote Pentec Health's value proposition.*Other job duties and special projects as assigned.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field related to life sciences, healthcare, or business. Clinical certification or home infusion healthcare a plus. 3-5 years of successful pancreatic enzyme, nutrition, home infusion, specialty pharmacy hub services, or pharmaceutical clinical selling experience.Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Proven success with complex sales process. Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to create and develop new business opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
