Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process.120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure12 paid company holidays, including President's day and JuneteenthA comprehensive week training program Career advancement opportunitiesOngoing professional development and internal leadership programs to maximize your career potentialMultiple medical plan options and health savings accountHospital, Critical Illness, and Accident coverage Short & long-term disability and paid parental leaveEmployee Stock purchase plan401k plan with company matchWellness program incentives such as medical plan premium holidays and HSA contributions A Day in the Life:The Mural Painter position works within our paint team to execute walls from either a home base in NYC.Painting, prepping job sites, coating out, blending, mixing, applying, and cleaning of wall spaces.Understand and execute measuring protocols, job site organization, packing and shipping of gear, pattern training, pouncing, artwork acetate, and rigging support, amongst othersProduct application as it applies to Graphic, Complex Graphic, Non-Organic, Complex Non-Organic, Organic, and Complex Organic creativeResponsible for troubleshooting in the field and on job sitesResponsible for safely working with a team.Ability to teach and support in workshops/non-media training when applicable.Represent Colossal in a confident and professional manner.Be on-site and/or on-call during scheduled times, this may include working nights/weekends.Appropriately document all services performed: Slack channels, bulletins, job communications (including feedback on team members and job operations), and daily communications.Drive company vehicles.Operating Boom and Scissor Lifts.Adhere to our social media policy.Consent to the participation of interviews, the use of quotes, the taking of photographs, and video recordings while on-site or at the shop.Education and Experience Requirements:Valid driver's license and driving experience required.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction course is required.Previous experience working at heights above ground level is preferred, but not required.3+ years of out-of-home painting experience preferred.Extensive experience working with bulletin enamels medium and brushes.Naturally embody our pillars: Awareness, Curiosity, Leadership, CraftsmanshipPosition continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacyTo be considered, please provide the following:ResumeMural portfolioPlease note: Upon submitting your application, you will be asked to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment.
