Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Partial Hospitalization ProgramGENERAL PURPOSE:The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling, and case management services to patients enrolled in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Working under the supervision of the PHP Program Manager, the LCSW plays a key role in developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, and coordinating community resources to support patient recovery and well-being.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needsProvide individual and group therapy to patients within the PHP frameworkCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists to ensure holistic careAssist patients and families with crisis intervention and provide education on coping skills and resourcesFacilitate discharge planning and connect patients to community support services and outpatient resourcesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standardsParticipate actively in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements governing clinical social work practiceREQUIREMENTS:Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited programCurrent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of NevadaMinimum of two (2) years clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health settings, preferably in Partial Hospitalization or intensive outpatient programsStrong clinical assessment and therapeutic skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered care and cultural competencyAbout Boulder City Hospital:At Boulder City Hospital, you will find a close-knit, dedicated team committed to delivering quality healthcare services across acute care, long-term care, behavioral health, and outpatient settings.
