This is a hands-on role centered on "picking up the data"-extracting, cleaning, and transforming disparate information from multiple global entities into a streamlined, high-visibility reporting engine.Job DutiesLead the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process to migrate financial data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse and Adaptive.Aggregate and clean "bad data" from 35 global entities to ensure a single version of truth for the P&L and balance sheets.Upload and reconcile trial balances across multiple international ERPs and legacy systems.Refine and transform deeper sales data, merging information from MS Dynamics CRM (Europe, US, Asia) to provide a holistic view of global revenue.Extract and normalize data from the SAP S/4 Hana to be fed into the organizational data cube.Streamline the global consolidation process, reducing the current 3-day cycle through automation and simplified modeling.Partner with the CFO and KPMG to perform financial modelingMonitor inter-company loans and develop logic-based models to determine optimal cash repatriation strategies.Support the FP&A Director in building sophisticated cash flow forecasting templates, specifically focusing on large CapEx line items.Execute variance analysis on month-end close numbers to identify and explain significant month-over-month fluctuations.Provide an "extra set of eyes" on the Global Chart of Account (COA) alignment to ensure seamless reporting across Spain, Italy, China, Japan, and Portugal.Develop margin analysis models by customer, country, and region, focusing on the top 10 SKUs that drive the bulk of company revenue.Create and update high-level accounting policies for inventory and fixed assets for newly acquired companies, leveraging AI tools where possible.Experience Needed10+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, or Strategic Finance, ideally within a global manufacturing environment.Expert Data Manipulation Skills: Proven ability to take messy, unorganized data from multiple CRM/ERP sources and transform it into clean, actionable PowerBI or Excel models.Global Consolidations: Experience managing complex consolidations across 10+ international entities with varying currencies and GAAP requirements.Experience working within a Private Equity-backed environment.A "simplicity-first" mindset-the ability to build effective tools without over-engineering "better mouse traps."Email your word document resume to dan.c@ and reference the subject Manager of FP&A & Financial Systems
