The Custodian Supervisor will:Manage all aspects of the Custodian staff and cleaning crews including work assignments, work schedules and work performed at all buildings.Ensure daily cleaning of the building and inspect all restrooms twice dailyReview and assign work orders for special projects which could include carpet cleaning, window cleaning, setting up tables and chairs for events, etc.Maintain proper inventory control of janitorial andpaper supplies, order needed cleaning supplies and equipment as per the Purchasing PolicySupervise staff to help with minor maintenance projectsQualificationsAt least 3-5 years of prior experience requiredBasic understanding of general maintenance as needed to maintain or ensure maintenance of equipment and buildingsBasic computer skillsAbility to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Valid Driver's License requiredEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:pay transparency policy is available here:temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
