Job Title: Field Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day field activities for projects in Broward and Palm Beach County. This role is vital for ensuring that all project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards are adhered to from pre-installation through final completion. As the on-site leader, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly, minimize delays, and maintain productivity. Responsibilities + Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring all crews, subcontractors, and vendors follow the approved scope of work and construction schedule. + Review and interpret shop drawings, installation plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field. + Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor progress, verify quality, and identify deficiencies requiring correction. + Assign work to field teams, track labor and material usage, and ensure tasks are completed to standard. + Enforce site safety rules and company policies; ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations. + Hold daily/weekly toolbox talks to address safety, quality, and productivity. + Coordinate deliveries, staging, and storage of materials to keep workflow efficient. + Act as the primary on-site contact for the General Contractor, inspectors, and client representatives. + Document progress through daily reports, photos, and status updates to the Director of Installation and Project Managers. + Identify risks and proactively escalate to the Director of Installation with proposed mitigation steps. + Address installation issues immediately and ensure corrective measures are completed. + Conduct preliminary and final punch walks; ensure completion of all punch list items. + Prepare and distribute progress updates to stakeholders when required. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times. Essential Skills + 2-5 years of field supervision experience in construction, preferably in cabinet, millwork, or interior finish installation. + Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse crews, subcontractors, and clients. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously. + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. + Knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety procedures. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. + Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project teams, General Contractors, inspectors, and clients. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with project management/scheduling software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam Revu, , or equivalent). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction, millwork, interior projects such as kitchen, bathroom, FF&E, interior build-out, and renovation. + Opportunity to work in the high-end construction market with projects valued between $3-5 million. + Ability to develop into a Project Manager role and eventually into a Director of Installation. Work Environment As a Field Supervisor, you will manage 1-5 projects at a time depending on their size. You will have the autonomy to manage your own time with minimal micromanagement. Projects are located in Broward and Palm Beach County, offering the opportunity to work independently and advance your career. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. You will be eligible to participate in the company's benefit programs (in accordance with our policies and applicable waiting periods) such as health insurance (medical, dental, and vision plan options); Short-term Disability, Life & Long-term Disability coverages, 15 paid time off (PTO) and nine (9) paid federal holidays.
