Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for Entry Level Assemblers and RF Assemblers in El Cajon, CA, with starting pay rates of $18-23/hour, plus lots of overtime. Perks: - Pay starting at $18-23 per hour, plus overtime - Weekly paycheck - 9/80 schedule having every other Friday off, FT - Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) **Entry Level Assembler Responsibilities:** - Perform wire preparation including cutting, stripping, and crimping - Assist with basic mechanical and electrical assembly tasks - Follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures **RF Assembler Responsibilities:** - Perform precision soldering (J‑STD‑001 or similar standards) - Assemble, test, tune, and troubleshoot RF modules, filters, and microwave components - Work with small components, micro‑assemblies, and detailed electronic hardware **Entry Level Assembler Qualifications:** - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience - Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment -Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn **RF Assembler Qualifications:** - Experience in RF, microwave, or high‑reliability electronics assembly - Strong precision soldering skills; certification preferred (J‑STD‑001, IPC standards, etc.) - Ability to work with delicate components and micro‑assemblies Ready to get started?
