Project: The MA LTSS rebid requirements involved developing a set of dashboard reports for self service analytics. This has been a new capability introduced as part of this rebid. The business users are new to this capability and there is tremendous amount of work / lift needed to educate the users and ensure we meet the 5-10 dashboards needed to meet the SLA.Responsibilities:Participate in requirements gathering sessions with NJ State users and Optum team members to understand business need and analyze requirementsAble to juggle multiple tasks and work with the lead to prioritize work to ensure customer expectations are met.Work independently with little to no supervision by seeking guidance on work priority and dedication to client success. Collaborate with other Data Analysts / Business analysts to understand reporting needs and be a self-starter to accomplish objectives.Review and provide feedback on reporting requirements, either created internally or externally, for feasibility, gaps in requirements, and overall business value.Ideal Background: Experience with LTSS data and reportingRequired:5-10 years experience with Tableau10 years with SQL 10 software development experienceSQL Tableau developmentData Warehousing knowledgeExperience with LTSS data and reportingRequired Skills : TableauAdditional Skills : Reports Developer
