Seven Acres Senior Living at Clifton - SUMMARY Cares for residents in a nursing home, or other medical facilities, to preserve and promote the health and well-being of the residents, under the direction of nursing and medical staff, by performing the following duties.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned.   Supervises and coordinates nursing activities in the facility by performing the following duties and other duties assigned. ·         Assigns duties and coordinates nursing service ·         Evaluates nursing activities to ensure resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service ·         Observes nursing care and visits residents to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment is administered under Physician's instructions ·         Accompanies Physician on rounds and keeps informed of special orders concerning residents ·         Participates in orientation and training of personnel ·         Orders/direct ordering of drugs, solutions, and equipment and maintains records on narcotics ·         Investigates and resolves complaints; refers unusual problems to superior ·         Obtains report from the off-going shift; presents the report to the oncoming shift.  Reports all changes in conditions etc. to the Nursing Supervisor ·         Follows resident's rights program ·         Completes reports as assigned, develops care plans administers and documents medication ·         Follows facility admissions policy and facility discharge and transfer policy ·         Participates in resident care plan meetings   An extraordinarily pleasant work environment Great support from our valued staff Excellent staff-to-resident ratio   Benefits:   Dental Insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance 8 Hour shifts   If you are interested in learning more, please contact:   Carey McDonald, Human Resources Director Seven Acres Senior Living at Clifton 476 Riddle Rd.
