Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiringfor Apartment Maintenance Technicianpositions inLebanon, TN.Details for Apartment Maintenance TechnicianPosition:$19.00-$20.00/ hour depending on experienceZero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening serviceFast Start DateWeekly PayJob Duties for Apartment Maintenance TechnicianPosition:Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property while providing excellent service to residents and managementComplete service requests such as general appliance repair or replacement, minor plumbing repairs, installing and removing washers and dryers, minor HVAC troubleshooting and repairsPrepare vacated units for new residents by performing turns including lock changes, smoke detector checks, air filter replacement, touch up painting, cabinet repairs, blind and window lock repair, duct cleaning, and general unit readiness inspectionsUse other venders to come in for major repairs, repainting the entire home, floor replacements, etc.Support property amenities and common areas by maintaining the pool area, monitoring chemical levels when needed, and ensuring surrounding facilities are clean and operationalGrounds support includes trash and debris removal, sprinkler maintenance, dog station upkeep, and general property cleanlinessAdditional duties include assisting with supporting pest control and housekeeping inspections, replacing interior and exterior lighting, performing minor building repairs, cleaning walkways and patios, and maintaining a professional presence with residentsQualifications for Apartment Maintenance TechnicianPosition:High school diploma or equivalentMust have working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliance repairHVAC certification is preferred but not required depending on experience levelAbility to stand for duration of shiftAbility to lift to 75lbsAbility to climb ladders, work outdoors in various weather conditions, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periodsCandidates must be comfortable entering occupied residences and interacting respectfully with tenants always accompanied by one of the property's full-time employeesIf you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
