Job DescriptionPlex ERP Functional & IntelliPlex Reporting ConsultantOverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Plex ERP consultant to provide functional system support and develop IntelliPlex reports and dashboards to improve operational and financial visibility. This role is focused on day-to-day Plex support, user enablement, and analytics delivery within an active manufacturing environment.This is a consulting engagement supporting ongoing system optimization and reporting needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlex ERP Functional Support (UX and Classic)Provide hands-on functional support for Plex ERP usersAssist users with day-to-day transactions and workflows in Plex UX and Plex ClassicAnswer user questions, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve process or system challengesValidate existing business processes and recommend improvements within PlexSupport UAT, testing, and validation for enhancements or configuration changesPartner with operations, IT, and finance teams to ensure Plex is used effectivelyIntelliPlex Reporting & DashboardsDesign, build, and maintain IntelliPlex reports and dashboardsWork with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIsDevelop operational, production, quality, and financial reports as neededOptimize existing IntelliPlex reports for performance and usabilityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and proper data sourcingCreate user-friendly dashboards to support decision-makingRequired ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Plex ERP in a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting users in Plex UX and/or Plex ClassicProven experience developing IntelliPlex reports and dashboardsSolid understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP data structuresAbility to work directly with end users and business leadersComfortable operating in a consulting or advisory rolePreferred ExperienceAutomotive, Tier 1/Tier 2, or industrial manufacturing backgroundExperience supporting finance, accounting, or costing processes in PlexPrior consulting or project-based ERP support experienceStrong communication and documentation skillsEngagement DetailsConsulting engagement (time-and-materials)Hours and duration flexible based on client needsRemote with potential limited onsite supportIf you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally highfor you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to [email protected] treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
