We would love for you to join us and be part of what God is doing in our ministry!Job Summary: The On-Air Talent (Fill In) will report directly to the Assistant Program Director and serve as a member of the Programming Department. You will connect with listeners in a real tangible way, localize your fill-in show, integrate weekly liners into the show, utilize the scheduled music to create connection points. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ. Maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the organizationNon-Essential Functions:Other duties assigned Requirements and Qualifications Education:High School Diploma or GEDExperience:Minimum 1 year on air experienceWorking knowledge of Zetta, VoxPro and Adobe Audition preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Creative and enthusiastic, team playerStrong grammatical usage and styleExcellent interpersonal skillsSolid computer skillsKnowledgeable, conversant and demonstrates an understanding of KSBJ's audience and the Christian culture at-largeMust be a Christian with a strong, demonstrated commitment to follow the teachings of Jesus ChristHeart for Christian ministryAbility to offer Christian prayer Possesses a genuine concern for all people, and capacity to relate with all people in a sensitive, respectful wayStrong moral characterHas a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
