Rental Car Shift Supervisort

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. What you'll be doing: * Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels * Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success * Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers * Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus * Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates * Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills * Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time * Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation * Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Opportunity for advancement What we require: * Valid driver's license (non CDL) * A clean driving record is great but not required * 21 years of age or older * HS Diploma or GED * Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience * Have experience driving a variety of vehicles * Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed JOB CODE: IAH
