Job Description: **Job Overview** TE Connectivity is a global technology leader that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor solutions for industries transforming the future. Our Channel Business Unit (CBU) powers TE's growth by enabling 300+ distributor partners worldwide and ensuring customers can access TE's technologies wherever and however they buy. We are hiring a Director of Channel Marketing-a senior, strategic, and customer‑focused marketing leader who will shape how TE shows up across the global channel ecosystem. This is a high‑visibility role that connects strategy to execution, creates clarity in a complex global environment, and supports measurable revenue growth through insight‑led, collaborative marketing programs. **What You Will Do** **Set and Lead the Channel Marketing Vision** - Own and evolve the Channel Marketing North Star and multi-year roadmap. - Translate enterprise, BU, and Channel strategies into an annual marketing plan with clear priorities, investments, and outcomes. - Build the Channel marketing operating model to strengthen alignment and collaboration across BU Marketing, Sales, Digital, Strategy, and Regions. - Serve as a strategic advisor to Channel leadership-challenging assumptions and ensuring focus on the highest-impact opportunities. **Drive Insight-Led Strategic Marketing** - Ground all priorities in customer, partner, market, and performance insights. - Translate Voice of Customer, partner feedback, and NPS insights into meaningful, actionable messaging, enablement, and digital initiatives. - Define segmentation, application prioritization, investment logic, and success frameworks. - Use revenue, pipeline, NPS, and digital signals to guide thoughtful decision making. **Lead Portfolio Marketing & Content Excellence** - Build customer-centric narratives that connect TE's portfolio to real customer problems. - Unify BU product messaging into One TE portfolio and application stories. - Oversee application narratives, campaigns, sales toolkits, new product introductions, and value stories for both internal sellers and distributor partners. - Leverage GenAI to accelerate insight synthesis and content scale. **Enable Sellers and Distributor Partners** - Own the global strategy for sales enablement and sales plays. - Ensure sellers and partners are supported and well-equipped to sell based on customer needs and applications. - Partner closely with Sales leadership to encourage adoption and measurable impact. **Activate Regional Demand** - Define global frameworks for regional activation, co-marketing, events, and campaigns. - Balance consistency with smart localization to support regional needs. - Ensure clear connection between central strategy and regional execution. **Lead Digital Discovery and Merchandising** - Own TE's digital shelf health, findability, and content quality across distributor sites. - Define commercial requirements for small-quantity and sample programs. - Measure digital programs based on engagement, conversion, and revenue influence. **Ensure Governance, Measurement, and ROI** - Own marketing investment governance across enablement, co-marketing, campaigns, and digital activation. - Drive accountability for ROI, content effectiveness, and partner engagement. - Continuously optimize-retiring low-impact activities and scaling what works. **Lead, Coach, and Develop a High-Performing Team** - Lead a multidisciplinary team across strategic marketing, portfolio marketing, enablement, digital merchandising, and regional engagement. - Build succession pipelines and support capability growth across levels. - Foster a culture grounded in clarity, accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession. - Act as a trusted peer to Sales, Strategy, Digital, Finance, and BU Marketing **What You Bring** - Several years experience in Channel Marketing, Portfolio/Product Marketing, or Commercial Enablement. - Experience leading complex, global marketing teams or programs. - Strategic thinker able to convert strategy into structured execution. - Strong partnership with Sales and skilled in influencing through collaboration and trust. - Data-driven decision maker comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI. - Experience using AI and digital tools to scale marketing impact. - Customer- and partner-first orientation. - Ability to challenge constructively using data and insight. - Comfort operating in transformation and ambiguity. - Leadership aligned to TE values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, and Teamwork. **Why TE Connectivity** - Opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for a global technology leader. - High-impact, global remit across 300+ distributor partners and all Channel regions. - Ability to build a modern, insight-led Channel Marketing engine from end to end. - Culture that values inclusion, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. **Job Locations:** United States Posting City: /# Job Country: United States Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 147760 Workplace Type: Remote External Careers Page: Sales & Marketing TE Connectivity and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating units (collectively, the "Company") is committed to providing a work environment that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, ethnicity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability or any other characteristics protected by applicable law or regulation.
