We live it every day.Job Summary We are hiring a Solar Laborer / Installer to join our construction team on a utility-scale solar project. This role is responsible for assisting with the installation of solar racking and modules, as well as performing general labor duties to support safe and efficient site operations. Candidates with experience handling ATI and Nextracker racking systems and offloading First Solar Series 7 modules are strongly preferred. The Laborer / Solar Installer plays a key role in the renewable energy sector by assisting the crew in any and all production activities as directed. Job duties will vary based on the various stages of construction. Work environments vary based on the location and installation phase. Candidates must be willing to work 10 hours a day, possibly 6 days a week, outside in the elements, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities All duties and responsibilities include the following, however, other duties may be assigned.
