Accounts Payable Specialist

American Medical Associates - Accounts Payable Specialist   We are seeking an experienced candidate who can work with the facilities and vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements. Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Accounts Payable experience required Must have 2+ years’ of AP experience  MUST have healthcare experience  Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational ability Effective corporate communications skills Ability to consistently meet all deadlines   Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist : Enter all invoices each month and disburse payments as necessary Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate Review invoices on a monthly basis to ensure all invoices have been entered correctly Assist with other projects as needed    Located in Brooklyn, NY Salary: $60K - $85K; based on experience #7375
