We want a hungry, marketing content associate who is excited to join a growing team and assist with marketing efforts.The RoleAs a Marketing Content & Design Associate, you'll create much of the visual, video, and social content that represents Renterra to the world.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll work closely with the CEO, product, and customer teams to turn features, updates, and ideas into clear, high-quality marketing assets using modern tools.What You'll DoCreate product and marketing videos (feature demos, release videos, short-form social clips)Design graphics for social, events, conference booths, and merchandiseOwn day-to-day social content creation and postingHelp coordinate feature launches and product announcementsAssist with writing and polishing blog posts and short marketing articlesUse AI-native design and video tools to improve speed and qualityWhat We're Looking ForExtremely strong graphic design and video editing skillsExperience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, CapCut, or similarSome experience using AI-native design or video toolsComfortable managing social media contentOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableExcited to learn and grow in an early-stage environmentMust be Chicago-based and able to work in-office in a hybrid capacityWhy RenterraCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible PTOA highly visible, high-impact role
