As You Sow is seeking motivated and detail-oriented law students to support our work advancing environmental and social corporate responsibility through shareholder representation and litigation.About As You SowAs You Sow is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting environmental and social corporate responsibility through shareholder representation, coalition building, and innovative legal strategies. Our work focuses on key program areas including climate and energy, circular economy (waste and plastics), environmental health (toxics and agriculture), biodiversity, and social justice, including racial equity and workplace practicesPosition OverviewLegal interns will conduct research, analysis, and writing on a range of issues at the intersection of corporate governance, shareholder rights, and sustainability. Interns will support ongoing initiatives across As You Sow's program areas and contribute to the development of shareholder proposals and legal strategies.
