The Accounting Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records while serving as a point of contact for customer billing inquiries. Responsibilities - Accounting Specialist Prepare, review, and enter billing statements into Cargo Manager accounting software Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies, apply payments, and maintain collections records Perform data entry, answer incoming phone calls, and provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable The Accounting Specialist must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
