DescriptionAre you an innovative and passionate Brand Development & Social Media Specialist. Our team is looking for a strategic thinker who can help support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will help you analyze social media, including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, to target key customers. This candidate must be willing to work at the Cool Springs office location. ***Must be able to work onsite at our Branch located at 810 Crescent Centre Drive #320, Franklin, TN 37067*** ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Support and work closely with the Manager & Marketing Team for the following: Build our digital marketing roadmapSocial media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brandDevelop social media marketing campaignsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIsInteract with customers, clients, and VIP associates on social media accountsSet key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign's performance against the KPIsDevelop digital marketing campaigns via our CRMCreate and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted contentQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, etc. or equivalent experience Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Canva, Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)Customer Review Platforms (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor)Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring dataExceptional communication and writing skillsAble to work onsite 5 days a week Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mindWell-organized and detail-Friendly and outgoing personalityTeam PlayerGreat customer service skillsWork in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethicWorks well within team dynamicAttention to detailSelf-starterProfessional attitudePHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work.
