Business & Quality Assurance Analyst II

Business Analysis & Quality Assurance Analyst II Summary The Business Analysis & Quality Assurance Analyst II will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile development environment to define requirements, configure packaged software solutions, perform testing, and support issue resolution. This role will serve as a technical subject matter expert for supported applications and assist with user training and production support. Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with project teams to prioritize requirements and estimate project work. * Configure packaged software solutions based on business and technical requirements. * Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test data for manual and automated testing. * Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of defects across testing phases. * Work with software vendors to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application environments. * Assist with software installations, upgrades, and ongoing system support. * Provide production support and help resolve user issues. * Train end users and assist with developing training and operational documentation. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Communicate project progress and collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a related IT role. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions. * Experience developing and executing test plans and managing defects. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred * Experience in configuring packaged software applications. * Working knowledge of SQL and database querying. * Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies. * Exposure to database design, programming concepts, or web development. * Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or upgrades.
