This is a hands-on role for someone who can film, edit, publish, analyze performance, and then do it all again, even better.You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to transform brand messaging into compelling visual stories that grow our audience, increase engagement, and elevate our brand presence.If you're equal parts creative and strategic, we want to meet you.Visit our website to learn more at RequirementsWhat You'll DoPlan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video contentCapture photo and video assets for social and digital campaignsRepurpose podcasts, events, and testimonials into engaging clipsPublish and manage content across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and moreMonitor engagement and respond to audience interactionsTrack performance metrics and optimize content based on resultsSupport creative development and assist in managing paid social campaignsWhat You Bring3-5 years of experience in social media content creation or video productionStrong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Opus Clips, etc.)Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteDeep understanding of social media platforms and content trendsAbility to analyze performance data and translate it into actionExcellent organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-endCollaborative mindset with strong communication skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, film, or related field preferred (but not required)Don't meet every single qualification?
